We are been following the progress and waiting patiently for the first pictures of premature baby Josie in the nicu.Wow is now 7 weeks old and gaining weight she has doubled her birth weight in only a shot time. She is off a ventilator now so mum michelle has had a chance to give her first cuddles known as kangaroo care, skin to skin contact to help bond with baby after being apart from her in such a long time.
“Years ago, a baby this small wouldn’t have lived an hour,” says Jim Bob, 44. “We are so grateful for the ability to help her. It’s a miracle she’s doing so well.”

Michelle agrees: “It is incredible what the doctors and nurses can do to save the life of this little person.”

She has a preemie baby dummy which helps to settle her all all the other kids say she is as tiny as a doll they all love her very much.
The new season now changed to 19 kids and counting airs in february.

I watched your show last night…the one that Josie was born. I was touched. I am a mother of a special needs little boy who we adopted. He was full term drug baby and weighted 4 pounds. Michelle and Jim Bob… your faith in god will comfort you as he has me. With all the medicines in the world…God has touch Christopher… and we will do the same for Josie. God bless you and your family! I love you show!
Check out Christopher’s website: http://www.paradeofheartspageant.com for his update too!
May your prayers be answered! Kim
