  • let the children line a glass bowl or trifle dish with swish roll or fat free sponge pieces.
  • mix a  sugar free Jelly becareful its hot allow to cool then pour over sponge.
  • put in fridge to see at lesat 2 hours.
  • When ready mix 2 packets of sugar free angel delights with correct amount of milk.
  • Whisk until very thick. pour over jelly and leave in fridge for 10  mins whilst you make the topping.
  • whisk 2 packets of sugar free dream topping until thick and pour over angel delight vola trifle ready for a tea time treat with less calories.
