keeping the kids entertained the healthy way

This week we shall be providing you with some good tips to keep your children amused with baking activites which are healthy too. today we look at a fresh fruit cocktail. you will need lots of fresh yummy fruit, kiwi,strawberries,bananas etc which ever the kids love best,pure unsweetened orange juice,low fat squirty cream.

Let the children cut up the fruit and place in a large serving dish,pour over the orange juice and leave in fridge to become cool, when ready to serve let the children serve it into smaller dishes and squirt some cream on whoever wants it doesnt matter if they make a mess with the cream its just for fun.voila fruit cocktail.
